Introduction
Shreelekha, formerly Miscellany (1967), is the annual magazine of MES Garware College of Commerce (Autonomous), Pune. Renamed in 1991, it serves as a platform for students to express creativity and document their academic journey. Featuring articles, poems, designs, photographs, and event reports, it also highlights student and faculty achievements. Overseen by the Shreelekha Sammitee, the magazine reflects the dynamic atmosphere of MES GCC.
Aim
The Shreelekha Samitee aims to provide a platform for students' creative and analytical writing, celebrating the diverse talents of the MES GCC community.
Objectives
- To foster creative writing and artistic expression among students.
- To encourage diverse perspectives and participation from the college community.
- To recognise and celebrate student and faculty accomplishments.
- To record College Activities.
- To produce a magazine reflecting the college's values, creativity, and vibrant culture.
Achievements
- Shreelekha was adjudged as the third 'Best College Magazine' at the City Level under University of Pune in the year 2008-09.
- Shreelekha (2006-07) bagged the prestigious State Level Award issued by Marathi Abhyas Parishad and Samarasata Sahitya Parishad.
