At MES GCC, we always strive to enhance the value to the courses and initiate numerous efforts to groom and refine the skill sets of the students in the best possible manner.
The College offers various Add-On courses according to the 2019 pattern. Value added courses according to the current needs of the employers are identified and introduced in the curriculum. Some of them are Digital Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Tally with GST, Advanced Excel, Python and Android Technology, International Trade, etc. are conducted in association with professional bodies and institutions. The institution also has associations with MCCIA, IIMM, CII, etc.
Experiential learning is initiated through industry visits to industries like Godrej Appliances, Whirlpool, Garware Polyesters, Hitachi, institutions like JNPT, BSE, NSE, Labour Courts and academic visits to IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Indore, Entrepreneurship Development of India, Ahmedabad, etc.
Students are motivated to participate in State level and national level research competitions, Business plan Competitions at national level. Their creativity and innovation also gets nurtured by the Entrepreneurship, Innovation and the Start-Up cell where they can participate in numerous activities.
Under the Soft Skills Development Centre, Employment Enhancement Programs are conducted to enhance the soft skills of the students.
The Students experience global immersion through the student delegate trips to Singapore, Dubai, etc. where they visit the academic partner universities like James Cook University, Curtin University, the industries in Singapore and Dubai.
The candidate has to appear for the Aptitude test after registration. Based on the aptitude test marks and the Std 12th marks, the selected students’ list is displayed on the College website and the notice board.
MES GCC is offering Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Administration - International Business (BBA-IB ) and Bachelor of Business Administration - Computer Applications (BBA-CA) Courses. All these courses are run under Savitribai Phule Pune University ( SPPU). Students will be getting their degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
The medium of instruction is English.
MES GCC has a dedicated Placement Cell which ensures to offer employment opportunities to eligible and deserving candidates. Students from all streams get employment opportunities during their final year. The Placement Cell organises periodic campus drives throughout the year. An annual placement fair is also organised where more than 30 companies participate from different sectors. During an academic year, more than 350 students are eligible to get jobs in their desired field.
The salaries offered by companies range from 12000 to 30000 per month. Placements depend on the competency and calibre of the students. Students have grabbed numerous opportunities in companies like TCS, Atos India, Big Basket, SKP Group, etc with good packages.
